It is my goal to provide a knowledgeable staff to help guide you through the complex transactions of vehicle and vessel licensing. Using plain language, providing short wait times, and having a neighborhood corner store feel, makes visiting our office unlike your standard trip to the “DMV.” Our staff strives to provide excellent customer service and stay up to date with the ever changing rules and regulations.

What We Provide

Renew Your Tabs

To pick up registration you must have an unexpired government-issued ID and either: be the registered owner, have the same last name or address as the registered owner, or be an authorized representative .

Buying or Selling a Vehicle

If you're selling your vehicle or vessel, don't forget to file a Sellers Report of Sale at our office or online. This releases your liability for the vehicle or vessel.

Additional Services

Our notaries are available during business hours and are willing to travel outside of business hours. The cost is $10 per notary stamp. Travel expenses are extra. Discover Passes are $32 cash or check only.

The Winzler Family is very committed to the residents of Grant County. We are the only office in the county that offers extended hours and Saturday service.
